We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the opening of a brand-new 5-bed children’s home for young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a service from the ground up, creating a positive ethos and strong team culture from day one.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Services)
  • Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in an Ofsted registered children’s home
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes
