You'll help deliver high-quality staffing solutions to services across the South East, managing both client relationships and candidate pipelines.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll act as a trusted partner to services needing ongoing agency cover. Your role will include:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Recruitment: Source, vet and match candidates for temp and perm roles (including supporting our internal Agency Support Worker team).
  • Coordination: Manage schedules, bookings and placements to ensure smooth staffing delivery.
  • Business Development: Engage proactively with potential new services and candidates to grow our reach.

This role blends sales, relationship management, and organisation, making every day varied and rewarding.
