Deputy Manager Role:

- Building positive relationships with young people and safeguarding their welfare

- Supporting education and placement plans
- Ensuring all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date

Deputy Manager Criteria:
- Aged 22 years or over (Ofsted requirement)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years experience in residential childcare, supporting young people
- A valid manual driving licence
