What you'll be doing
- Take full ownership of the service operationally, commercially, and strategically.
- Lead and grow an already successful supported accommodation provision
- Maintain and build on the Outstanding Ofsted rating
- Develop and strengthen local authority partnerships
- Drive occupancy, pricing, and commercial performance
- Identify and launch new services, locations, and opportunities
- Lead and develop a strong, established management team
This is a role where you'll have real influence over direction, growth, and outcomes, not just day-to-day operations.
What we're looking for
- Strong senior leadership experience within an Ofsted-regulated environment, such as supported accommodation, children's residential care, leaving care or semi-independent services
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager / Registered Service Manager, with a solid understanding of the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023 (or equivalent regulatory frameworks)
- Proven success in leading Ofsted inspections, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes and maintaining high standards
- Experienced in developing and managing relationships with local authorities, including commissioners, placement teams and wider stakeholders
