We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the opening of a children's home for young people with social, emotional and behavioural needs. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to build a service from the ground up, shaping the ethos, values and standards of care from day one.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People's Services)
  • At least 2 years supervisory experience within an Ofsted registered children's home
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality care and positive outcomes
