The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll:

  • Promote independence, confidence, and daily living skills
  • Provide emotional reassurance and consistent support

Person Specification

We're looking for people with solid experience in social care, including:

  • Children and young people's services (Support Worker, Teaching Assistant, etc.)
  • Adult services such as learning disability support or homeless hostels

You’ll also bring:

  • A calm and compassionate approach to challenging behaviours
  • A proactive, reliable, and organised mindset
  • Availability to commit to regular weekly work (20+ hours minimum)
  • A driving licence (preferred due to some remote locations)
