We are looking for an experienced Deputy looking for progression or a Registered Manager to join a brand new EBD home located in Bognor. As our Registered Manager, you'll lead the team to provide outstanding care for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Your leadership will shape the home's culture, drive continuous improvement and ensure children feel safe, seen and supported.

  • Champion the needs and voices of young people
