Deputy Manager Role:

  • Supporting education and placement plans
  • Ensuring all policies, procedures, and risk assessments are up to date
  • Providing guidance and support to the wider staff team

Deputy Manager Criteria:

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years experience in residential childcare, supporting young people
  • A valid manual driving licence
