Are you calm, compassionate, and motivated by the desire to improve young people's lives? We are expanding our dedicated team and are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to join our nurturing children's homes located in Bognor Regis, close to the train station.
In this vital overnight role, you will provide stability, reassurance, and practical support to vulnerable young people, ensuring they feel safe, heard, and cared for throughout the night. You'll help create a secure environment where they can rest and begin each day with confidence.

A waking night role offers excellent work-life balance and flexibility, giving you your daytime hours free for family, study, hobbies, or other commitments.
Shift Hours: 21:30 - 08:30
Shift Pattern: 4 nights on, 4 nights off OR part-time: 2 nights on, 4 nights off
What You'll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety, welfare, and comfort of young people during nighttime hours
- Providing emotional reassurance and responding calmly to challenging behaviours
- Carrying out essential household tasks to maintain a safe, welcoming environment
- Working closely with the daytime team to ensure smooth handovers and consistent care
