This pioneering service will provide a safe, nurturing, and homely environment for up to 2 children aged 6-17 who are facing emotional and behavioural difficulties. Our goal is to ensure that every child who leaves our care does so feeling confident, prepared, and optimistic about their future.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a central role in each child's development and day-to-day care, including:
- Building strong, trusting, and supportive relationships
- Developing and implementing individual, strength-based care plans
- Advocating for each child and ensuring their voice is heard
- Supporting them in education, training, or work placements
- Promoting emotional well-being through therapeutic, trauma-informed approaches
Requirements:
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and a commitment to child protection
