- Work with employers to gather feedback and use this to support student development.
- Identify and appropriately escalate any safeguarding, wellbeing, health or safety concerns.
- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams and the wider Work Experience team to ensure a smooth placement journey.
About you
You will be an organised, proactive and approachable individual with experience of working in a student-facing, coaching, education, training or employability environment.
You will have:
- A Level 3 qualification or above, alongside Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Strong IT and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload and work effectively across multiple sites.
