Receptionist - FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Hours: 18.75 per week

Key Deliverables
- To provide high quality customer service via reception, face to face telephony, and electronic communications, and to support customer contact to any areas of the company.
- To provide a professional front of house service at Vivacity sites, ensuring that customers and visitors receive the best possible service.
- To act as first point of call to customers and visitors as receptionist fulfilling all reception duties.
- To always provide excellent customer service.
- Dealing with customer enquiries, compliments and complaints relating to any areas of the business face to face, via telephone, email, letter, or similar in a professional, positive and efficient manner.
- Providing information & helping to solve customer issues in an effective and timely way.
- To be responsible for the collection of monies and cashing up in accordance with set procedures.
- To operate the till systems, take and process payments and receipts.
- Day to day liaison with site managers and staff, processing of documentation, disseminating relevant information and chasing outstanding queries.
- Use of various management systems and databases.
- Taking information from customers and entering it into the appropriate database.
- General office duties i.e. filing, shredding, scanning, photocopying etc.
- To contribute to office and phone cover.
- To carry out administration tasks as necessary.
- To maintain a knowledge of services offered and confidently communicate them to customers.
- To answer telephone calls promptly in a professional manner.
- To record suggestions and/or complaints from members or visitors and inform the appropriate persons.
- Flexibility in working, including evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working on a shift rota basis.
- Able to travel to any Company facility and undertake work as necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned.
