We are seeking an exceptional SEND Manager to drive, lead and co‑coordinate quality SEND provision across a group of vibrant and diverse primary schools within the Trust.
Working collaboratively with school SENCos, teachers, support staff and the Trust's leadership team, the post holder will implement a coherent and impactful approach to SEND support, enhancing outcomes and championing inclusivity in line with the Trust's vision and values. This is a unique opportunity to shape practice and make a meaningful difference to children and families across our community.
