PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.

Role and Responsibilities

We are proud to welcome a caring, passionate and professional Teaching Assistant to our committed team, who is eager to provide learning and pastoral care for children with individual needs. We are seeking someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community
  • Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom
  • Can work creatively with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment, meeting the needs of the pupils and curriculum
  • Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly, and independently
  • Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations
  • Is passionate about children’s learning and well-being
  • Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school
  • Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare—both at home and in school

Salary: Grade D3-4 £24,797 FTE which is £8,433.61. 15 hours per week, 5 days per week. Fixed-Term until 17/07/2026.
