The predicted salary is between 22000 - 27100 £ per year.

Fixed Term Contract: 1st September 2026 – 31st March 2027

Hours: Term Time Only – 35 hours per week

Salary: NJC Scale 5: £24,790 – £25,584 (pro rata)

About the Role

  • Support learners on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
  • Help learners overcome barriers to learning and achieve their goals
  • Assist Tutors in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Develop and adapt learning resources to meet individual needs
  • Maintain accurate learner records using ProMonitor
  • Provide personal care where required, ensuring dignity and respect at all times
