If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Social Work Academy as a Senior Practitioner.
As a Senior Practitioner in the Social Work Academy you will play a key role in supporting NQSWs through their Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE).
You'll help ensure they receive the right guidance, learning opportunities, and reflective space to grow into confident, competent practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide group and individual reflective supervision to NQSWs.
- Facilitate and co-deliver learning workshops and development sessions.
- Contribute to the planning and development of the ASYE programme.
- Support NQSWs in building strong relational practice and professional resilience.
- Work collaboratively within the Centre for Professional Excellence to foster a learning culture.
