Peterborough City Council seeks a Senior Building Control Surveyor to lead inspections, plan checks and enforcement actions across diverse developments.

You will handle complex projects, mentor junior staff and use GIS, EDRMS and other digital tools to record inspections and produce high-quality reports.

You will hold a relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree) and membership in CABE, RICS or CIOB, with registration with the Building Safety Regulator Class 2.
