The predicted salary is between 18900 - 23100 £ per year.

Working closely with the Coordinator, you will deliver a great reception and customer service experience, acting as the first point of contact for learners and visitors. You'll provide comprehensive administrative support across curriculum areas, helping the service meet its funding, quality and performance targets. No two days are the same. From welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries to supporting enrolments, processing payments and maintaining essential records, you'll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to curriculum teams, ensuring information is accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Delivering a professional reception service, handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries, welcoming visitors and supporting learner enrolments.
  • Processing payments, maintaining invoicing records, creating purchase requisitions and raising sales invoices.
  • Acting as a key communication link between learners, tutors, managers and other departments.
  • Assisting with the production and distribution of publicity materials and supporting promotional activities.
  • Coordinating room bookings and allocations for internal and external customers.
  • Welcoming corporate clients and ensuring they receive a positive and professional experience.
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Maintaining a tidy, organised and professional working environment.
  • Providing holiday and sickness cover where required and supporting wider team activities.
  • Working flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work, to meet the needs of the service.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused and able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. You will enjoy working in a busy environment, managing multiple priorities and building positive relationships with a wide range of people.
