We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
  • Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice (Nursery and Reception)
  • Can ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their full potential
  • Is knowledgeable and has the skills to meet the requirements of the EYFS Framework, including a good understanding of early reading
  • Can build effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies to support a smooth transition into school
  • Can create a stimulating and engaging learning environment tailored to the needs of the pupils
  • Supports the ethos of a Church and Trust school
