We are looking to recruit for two positions: a 27.5‑hour week Monday–Friday 9:00–15:00 and a 16.5‑hour week. We are happy to consider job shares for either role. Fixed‑term contract until 31 Aug 2027 to support a non‑verbal child with individual needs. Working one‑to‑one with SEND is required. 38 weeks per year. Grade D3, £24,796 FTE (£15,461.62 actual per annum).
Ideal Candidate
- Has a good knowledge of SEN Provision
- Is confident, resilient, and dedicated
- Has previous experience of working with and supporting SEND children of relevant age in a school environment
- Has good communication skills and a willingness to work constructively as part of a supportive team
- Has good Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Has the ability to build successful working relationships with both children, staff and parents
- Has a personal commitment to ongoing professional development
