About The Role
This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference across our wonderful school. You will support teaching and learning for both KS1 and KS2, helping all children to thrive in our inclusive environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting individuals, small groups, and whole-class learning across year groups
- Delivering targeted interventions to support progress in areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social development
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEND
- Working collaboratively with class teachers, the SENDCo, and other professionals
- Promoting a positive, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment
- Contributing to assessment and pupil progress
- Communicating effectively with families where appropriate
