Hours – 5 hours per week over 5 days a week, 38 weeks per year. Fixed-term role initially until 17/07/2026. Grade C2-3, £24413 FTE, £2767.78 actual per annum.

We have an opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional Lunchtime Supervisor to join our team and support our children during their lunchtime break.

  • Someone who will strive to make the lunchtime experience for our children as positive as possible by building good relationships and responding to playground issues fairly.
  • Someone who understands how to tackle challenging behaviour in children with respect and understanding, following the school’s Behaviour Policy.
  • An individual who has high expectations of healthy eating and table manners and supports the children to develop good eating habits.
  • A person who understands our children and our community and who is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct.
  • An energetic individual who smiles often, engages with the children and models the values and ethos of our school at all times.
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently.
  • Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
