We are looking for two enthusiastic teachers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Oundle CE Primary School is a warm and happy school with a great team of staff, polite and hardworking children, and supportive parents. We pride ourselves on providing a rich and progressive curriculum for all pupils and have recently achieved a successful Ofsted inspection.

The successful candidate will share our passion for inclusivity, ensuring that all children – including those with special educational needs and/or disability – have the support and tools required to reach their potential and flourish.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Christian ethos and inclusive nature of the school and embed these values with children, staff, governors, parents and the wider community.
  • Strive to improve outcomes for all children in their care and work closely with the team to provide information, support and interventions to ensure all children are successful.
  • Make learning fun, engaging and memorable.
  • Reflect on practice and continually seek to improve professional performance.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, inspiring colleagues and children.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Full-time teacher (any subject appropriate for a primary entrance level) with a recognized teaching qualification.
  • Experience working in a primary school setting and a commitment to the Christian ethos of the school.
  • Knowledge of inclusive education principles and a willingness to support students with diverse needs.
Additional Requirements

Oundle CE Primary School is a Church School and part of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust. The post is subject to an enhanced DBS clearance. The school expects all staff and volunteers to share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
