St Mary’s is a proud member of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust and has been since 2018. We are a family of 36 schools across the Peterborough Diocese, and these strong links make a special contribution to our children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development and learning. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust.

- Is committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom.
- Can make a special contribution to our school community, as a Teacher and a Team Member.
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare - both at home and in school.

The interview day will involve a teaching task, a tour of the school (although this can be booked beforehand too), and formal interview with the Headteacher, SENDCO and school council.
