We are seeking to appoint a friendly, enthusiastic, professional Administrator to work within our school, who understands the importance of efficient and effective administrative services. This role will provide important clerical, administrative, financial, secretarial, management and executive services to the school, both internally and externally. Working with and supporting the staff, children, their families and the wider community within and outside of the school.
This role would suit those with great attention to detail, and a drive to produce quality and consistent work while always maintaining confidentiality and abiding by GDPR. We also have a large Pastoral Team that provides support to children and families across a wide range of wellbeing and safeguarding issues, including our two specialist units that support our most vulnerable learners and highly skilled staff who support children to flourish.
We Are Looking To Appoint Someone Who:
- Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
- Will ensure all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
- Will always maintain confidentiality and abide by school policy and procedure
- Is organised, efficient and effective in their position
- Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school
- Understands our children and our community and is able to build supportive and respectful relationships with children whilst maintaining confidentiality and following the school’s Code of Conduct
- Is prepared to undertake appropriate CPD to develop their skills including First Aid training and annual Safeguarding / Child Protection training
- Understands the importance of Child Protection and is committed to the safeguarding of children’s welfare – both at home and in school
- May have experience working in a similar role, or in administrative roles
