Inspire Education Group seeks passionate and supportive Early Years professionals to join our growing Early Years team in this combined Lecturer / Skills Trainer Assessor role. The role supports learners in T Level, foundation, and vocational programmes.
About the Role
In this combined role, you will deliver engaging classroom teaching and conduct workplace assessments, ensuring learners develop the required skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed in the Early Years sector. Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and practical instruction across Early Years programmes (Levels 1 to 4).
- Managing a caseload of T Level, foundation, and vocational learners, conducting workplace assessments, reviews, and observations.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive developmental feedback to support student progress, achievement, and wellbeing.
- Assessing student work, setting SMART targets, and preparing learners for assessments and end‑point assessment (EPA) activities.
- Developing engaging teaching materials, learning resources, and contributing to curriculum development.
- Supporting work placements, fostering strong relationships with local employers, and embedding English, maths, and digital skills into your delivery.

- Has recent, hands‑on experience working within the Early Years sector.
- Is passionate about education, mentoring, and supporting learners of all abilities to reach their full potential.
- Has excellent communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills to collaborate with colleagues and employers alike.
- Is creative, adaptable, and highly learner‑focused, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant teaching and assessing qualifications.
