What You'll Be Doing

  • Data Brilliance: Inputting and updating vital student information, including enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, and achievements.
  • Problem Solving: Handling service desk requests, emails, and phone calls promptly to support our curriculum and support teams.
  • Quality Checking: Systematically validating data fields to make sure our records comply with funding rules and regulations.
  • Enrolment Magic: Team up with our Student Services teams during exciting, high-demand peak periods like student enrolment.
  • Collaborating: Actively participating in team meetings, supporting colleagues, and sharing workloads to keep the team spirit high.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Essentials:
  • Education & IT: Educated to Level 2 (or equivalent) with solid GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
  • Experience: A background working in administration or a data-focused role, ideally within a busy office environment.
  • Skills: Speedy and accurate data entry skills, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential info with total discretion.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to changing tasks at short notice, and a true love for customer care.
