Job description

We are recruiting for a

Lecturer in Hospitality & Catering to join us at our Peterborough Campus! Turn your passion for culinary excellence and premium service into the ultimate recipe for student success at Peterborough College.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic industry expert or educator to teach and assess students across Level 1 to 3 Hospitality and Catering courses.

In this role, you will lead classrooms and training environments, run course co‑ordination, and help shape the future workforce of the vibrant hospitality sector.

  • Course Co‑ordination: Capability to manage curriculum delivery, schemes of work, and group profiles.
  • Target Driven Coaching: Creating actionable individual SMART goals to boost student retention.
  • Quality Assurance: Skilled in internal verification and moderation to meet awarding body standards.
  • Tech Integration: Using Information Learning Technology (ILT) to build modern learning environments.
  • Functional Contextualisation: Embedding essential English and maths naturally into practical lessons.
