Here at Peterborough Council we are introducing a new programme to improve the way we work with children and their families in our local community. Restorative and relationship-based practices are what this programme is all about! We are looking two individuals with experience in these ways of working to join us on our journeyCould you be one of them? You have a wealth of experience and knoweldge working with children and families. Supporting, mentoring, training and empowering practitioners is something you do on the daily and most importantly something you enjoy. Youre enthusiastic, approachable and most importantly committed to making a real difference to local children and their families lives! What will you be doing in this role? Empowering and developing Childrens Services Practitioners Working to embed Relationship Based and Restorative based Practices within our service Delivering workshops and training Supporting in project implementation, providing appropriate challenge to practice, ensuring focus is always on the child Family Valued.. whats it all about? This programme has been designed to spread restorative practice across childrens services. A key element is the focus on strengthening families through Relationship Based Practice. If you have the relevant skills and a true desire to make a difference to children and families in Peterborough for the better, then please do not hesitate to apply!
