Commercial Contract Lawyer

As a Commercial Contract Lawyer, you’ll take on complex, high-value agreements that support projects ranging from new infrastructure and housing to digital innovation and public services.

We’re interested in lawyers with a solid background in commercial contracts, and an appetite for varied, high-impact work. Experience in procurement or working with the public sector is useful, but not essential, what matters is the ability to navigate complexity, balance commercial priorities, and help deliver projects that make a lasting difference.

  • Draft and negotiate multi-million-pound contracts

About you

  • Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEx Fellow

  • Understanding of procurement law and public sector compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of grant funding, subsidy control, or GDPR (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
