There is an exciting opportunity to join the Childrens Commissioning Team as a Commissioning Officer, supporting the commissioning of services for children, young people and families in Peterborough, on a fixed term contract. This is a fixed term post until 30th September 2026. This is an exciting time for the Commissioning Directorate in Peterborough; developing the service, with a focus on innovation and shaping services to respond to need, thereby supporting Peterborough to be the best it can. The Commissioning Officer will support the delivery of commissioning strategic priorities and commissioning intentions. This role will include the commissioning, contract monitoring and quality assurance of services, improving the outcomes of children, young people and families, particularly children and young people in care.
