This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the next generation of Social Workers whilst developing your own career trajectory towards a Senior Practitioner role. Whilst not directly holding a caseload, you would be fundamental in supporting early careers social workers to develop their practice, passing on and sharing your own practice expertise and wisdom. You will be expected to support over the whole service. For example, supporting Newly Qualified Social Workers during their Assessed and Supported Year of Employment. In undertaking this role, you will have the opportunity to develop the next stage of your professional career. This will include Practice Education training and access to a range of learning and professional development opportunities. You will value a model that gives a stable base for newly qualified social workers to transition from Centre for Professional Excellence case holding support to their permanent social work teams.
