The Chapter of Peterborough Cathedral seeks to appoint a motivated, professional and values-driven Fundraising Officer to join the team at an exciting time in our history.

As we look to the future, we have ambitious plans to grow our impact, strengthen our financial sustainability, and play an even greater role as a place of worship, heritage, culture and community.

Through our Strategic Review and emerging Masterplan, we are building a Cathedral that is resilient, welcoming and relevant for generations to come.

Fundraising will play a key role in making this vision a reality.

We are moving towards a more strategic approach, building lasting relationships with supporters, developing new funding opportunities, and creating a sustainable future for our nationally significant Cathedral.

This role is funded by The National Lottery Heritage Fund as part of a two-year programme to strengthen the Cathedral's ability to protect, share and sustain its heritage.

Working alongside our new Digital Marketing & Media Officer and Financial Transformation Officer, you will help lay the foundations for long-term success.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, has excellent organisational skills, and is passionate about helping heritage and community organisations thrive.
