Qualifications
- Fluent in German
- Visa / right to work in the U.K.
- Top-tier academic background (degree in Economics, Finance or Real Estate preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of relevant full-time work experience in real estate investing, acquisitions, lending, or investment banking (off-cycles internship experience considered). More senior/experienced candidates also considered.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; comfortable with financial modelling
- Experience and skill in leveraging AI tools (Claude etc.) to accelerate research, modelling, and document drafting
- Ownership mindset, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
