What you will do:
- As a Porsche Technician you will be responsible for delivering the finest quality craftsmanship, working on some of the most technologically advanced, prestigious, and high-performance vehicles.
- You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Porsche vehicles to the highest standard.
- You will work with cutting‑edge technology and collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting on all Porsche models using manufacturer‑specific tools and systems.
- Carry out repairs, maintenance, and service work with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Identify and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues, ensuring full functionality of the vehicle.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure accurate and timely completion of repair orders.
- Conduct test drives to verify repairs and ensure vehicle performance standards are met.
- Stay updated on the latest Porsche technologies, diagnostic tools, and industry trends.
- Provide technical guidance and support to apprentice technicians when required.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all repairs and diagnostics performed.
What you will need:
- NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology and a City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Level Technician, preferably with Porsche or luxury performance brands.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, suspension, electrical systems, and software.
- Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and related tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and team‑oriented environment.
- Full driving licence with a clean driving record.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with high‑performance vehicles.
