Responsibilities
- Ensure the coffee shop runs smoothly each day, maintaining high standards of beverage quality, presentation, cleanliness and customer service while creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere for all visitors.
- Work closely with management to support the day‑to‑day running of the coffee shop, coordinating the team during busy service periods, responding to operational challenges and ensuring an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.
- Contribute ideas for developing the product range to appeal to the college community.
Qualifications
- Experience in a cafe, coffee shop, catering or hospitality environment.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting, be organised, proactive and able to adapt to the changing demands of the academic year.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
