We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled sewing & dressmaking tutor to plan and deliver our small-group classes to the public. The tutor will guide students through steps from the absolute basics of using a sewing machine to intermediate dressmaking techniques.
Although the role is initially for public facing classes, we plan that in the future the classes will include our regular makers who may have an additional need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging sewing and dressmaking lessons for public groups. Pre-agreed preparation time is paid.
- Prepare the workshop space before class and ensure it is left tidy.
- Ensure Ed's Workshop health and safety policies are followed during classes.
