The Role
We’re looking for an experienced adviser to deliver high-quality, bespoke financial advice to a portfolio of new and existing clients. You’ll provide tailored solutions across investments, pensions, protection, retirement, and tax-efficient planning while building long‑term, trusted relationships. The role also involves generating new business through networking and events, representing the Practice at seminars, and collaborating with internal teams. You’ll ensure all advice meets FCA and SJP standards, maintain accurate records, and commit to ongoing professional development.
About You
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning + SPS (essential).
- Proven experience as a Financial Adviser/Wealth Consultant.
- Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, protection, and tax‑efficient planning.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Commercially minded with strong business development ability.
- Highly organised and able to manage your own workload independently.
- Chartered status (or working towards) and experience with SJP (desirable).
- Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel.
