Warehouse Picker Job – Immediate Start Available
We are looking for a proactive and efficient Picker to support the day-to-day performance of our warehouse picking operation. As a highly regarded growing business (over 200 employees) in our industry, we supply fast moving consumer goods daily to major retailers across the UK and Europe. Shift Pattern:
- 2-week rotating shift:
- Week 1: 08:00 – 17:00
- Week 2: 09:00 – 18:00
- Working alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Dedicated day off during the week
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
- Working towards productivity and performance targets
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative / Picker / Packer (preferred but not essential)
- Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for counting stock
- Reliable, with strong attendance and timekeeping
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit to manage the manual handling involved in the warehouse
