Digital Marketing Account Manager

PDG Advertising is growing. We\’re looking for a Digital Marketing Account Manager who\’s confident, professional, and results-driven to join our team. You\’ll manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and support creative direction, strategy, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring their advertising goals are consistently met or exceeded.
• Campaign Management: Develop and implement strategic campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, delivering measurable results.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and producing comprehensive reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and content, to deliver high-quality work.
• Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to expand account services and support client growth.
• Primary Point of Contact: Act as the main client liaison, managing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring clear communication.

What Are We Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of post-graduate digital marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in account management, ideally in a digital advertising or marketing agency.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, with a thorough understanding of platform best practices and updates.
• Behavioral Skills: Ability to build trust with clients, demonstrate leadership, and provide a consultative approach to account management.
