We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Used Car Manager to join our growing dynamic team. This is a key leadership position that requires strong analytical skills and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:- Manage Group used car team (administrator and team of buyers)
- Manage Group used stock - purchases, internal transfers, aged stock, disposals, damage claims
- Purchasing of used stock for all sites
- Manage all used buying platforms and systems
- Manage the Group used processes to maintain consistency, data quality and best practice
- Manage used marketing and online presence – photo quality, content and advert performance
- Liaise with external accounts for advertising and systems
- Liaise with finance companies and manage commercial terms
- Oversee write-downs on demonstrators and aged stock
- Produce reporting to review performance & KPI’s, including DOC and stock management
- Manage customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns
- Drive best practice and performance through regular site visits
