We\’re seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trainee Estate Agent who will develop into a Lettings Negotiator within our residential Lettings team at Peter Alan. This is an entry-level role where you will learn all aspects of residential lettings.

Your Role:
As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, you’ll generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree lets & progress lets through to exchange and completion.
What We\’re Looking For:
Preferably an experienced sales person, Exceptional customer care/service experience, Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Hold a Full UK driving license.
