What You Will Be Doing:
- Answer and resolve customer queries, taking full ownership from first contact to resolution.
- Carry out general policy administration for customers and internal teams.
- Follow up on insurance enquiries via outbound calling and convert them into active policies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, helpful communication.
- Produce accurate, compliant documentation and keep customer records up to date.
- Build strong knowledge of our pet insurance products.
