We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service & Sales Advisor to support our customers across our full range of pet insurance products. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service all while working in a supportive, collaborative team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Answer and resolve customer queries, taking full ownership from first contact to resolution
- Carry out general policy administration for customers and internal teams
- Follow up on insurance enquiries via outbound calling and convert them into active policies
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, helpful communication
- Produce accurate, compliant documentation and keep customer records up to date
- Build strong knowledge of our pet insurance products
- Identify trends, highlight issues and suggest improvements to management
- Work closely with colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting newer team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations
- Take part in ongoing learning and development activities
