As a Casual Sales Assistant at Petbarns across the Newcastle region including Newcastle West, Kotara, Warners Bay and Heatherbrae, you’ll help pet parents make the best choices for their furry, feathered, or scaly friends, offering expert advice on health, nutrition, and wellness products. You’ll create connections, build trust, and make a real impact on the lives of pets and their pet parents.

Your Role:

  • Provide knowledgeable, caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build relationships with customers, offering warm, genuine service
  • Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
  • Work as part of a supportive, team-focused environment
