Requirements and Responsibilities
- Work within the systematic review team and across multidisciplinary project teams to deliver literature review expertise for client projects and internal workstreams.
- Support both on‑ and off‑project work, collaborating closely with senior colleagues, clients, external associates, and third‑party agencies.
- Act as the support systematic reviewer or lead deliverable development under appropriate senior guidance, ensuring robust and reproducible systematic reviews across therapeutic areas, including but not limited to:
- Stand‑alone systematic reviews
- Health technology assessment submissions
- Global value dossiers / global reimbursement dossiers
- Manuscripts, abstracts, and posters
- Contribute to all stages of the systematic review process: search development, proposal and protocol drafting, study screening, data extraction, and report writing. Lead projects when opportunities arise.
- Adhere to internal and client quality control measures and take personal accountability for work quality.
- Actively contribute to project design, planning, and execution, including timeline development, communication with colleagues and clients, meeting participation, note‑taking, and follow‑up actions.
- Support functional team responsibilities across the organization.
