  • Clearly communicates approach and rationale in a client-facing project environment
  • Technical – HEOR specific
  • Will start to take more ownership of working deliverables, with contribution to entire 'section' of works. Examples include:
  • Writing sections of HTA dossiers for review by other team members
  • Writing up sections of analysis for review by other team members
  • Completing some areas of modelling independently (seeking follow-on QC from more experienced members of the team)
  • Completing some analysis independently (seeking follow-on QC from more experienced members of the team)
  • Project leadership and consulting
  • May lead smaller projects with support
  • Takes an active role in client communications and project meetings
  • Supports junior members of the project team
  • Ensure deliverables are submitted on time and according to budget
  • Effective management of own time and asks, proactively raising any resourcing issues as needed with line management, project leads, and the workload planning group.

  • May undertake line management responsibilities for 1-2 junior team members
  • Mentors and supports junior members of the project team

  • Complete core business metrics e. g. timesheets, expenses etc
  • Maintains training up to date on Learning Management System(s)

As a Senior Statistician, you will work across the business providing statistical analysis expertise, to support the successful delivery of client projects and internal workstreams.

In this role, you would require support both on- and off- project from senior colleagues.

You will be required to work closely with colleagues within multi-disciplinary project teams and externally with clients, external associates and third-party agencies to achieve project objectives.
