Petals in the UK is seeking a Triage Counselling Manager to oversee the assessment and triage process for bereaved parents. In this role, you'll ensure every referral is met with compassion while maintaining the clinical integrity of our model.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in trauma-informed counselling and excellent communication skills. This part-time position allows for home working with one day per quarter at the Petals Office in Cambridgeshire.
