We are looking for caring, compassionate and reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to join our team and provide high-quality care and support to individuals across Cambridge and the surrounding areas .
As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in helping people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes or care settings.
Your role may include:
Providing personal care and support with daily routines
Assisting with washing, dressing and personal hygiene
Supporting with meals, medication and mobility, where required
Offering companionship and emotional support
Helping with household tasks and maintaining a safe environment
Supporting individuals to attend appointments and social activities
Promoting independence, dignity and choice at all times
Building positive relationships with the people you support, their families and other professionals
Reporting any changes in a person's wellbeing or care needs

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential , as full training can be provided. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the role.
