This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to step into a professional sales role with full training, a clear development path, and a mission-led business.

This full-time position will be based on our conference centre in Cosham (agile hybrid working considered). Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5pm.

Our Sales Team

As a Junior Sales Executive, you will be joining our fast paced, high performing sales team. In your new role, you will be working alongside a team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers, all reporting into the Head of Sales. You will be provided with ongoing support and in-depth product training to help you hit the ground running.

What will I be responsible for?

You’ll be the engine of our growth – reaching out to businesses across the region to introduce them to our training solutions and apprenticeship programmes. Your mission is to spark interest, open doors, and generate new opportunities through call campaigns and responding to marketing campaigns. Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
  • Engage with decision-makers and generate interest in our services
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Set appointments for the wider team
  • Record and manage sales activities, interactions and client information in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve sales strategies and lead generation processes
